Hear the word "igloo," and you might think of a frozen dome of ice and snow. But that's not how we'd describe the special beachside igloo we have at Huron House. Think warm and cozy with the most incredible views of Lake Huron. Our igloo isn't made of ice, of course. It's a heated and lavishly decorated intimate space, right on the beach, where you and your loved one can snuggle together under warm blankets in the glow of fairy lights. It’s almost like cuddling up in a tent, except a million times fancier.

All of our public parks here in Oscoda offer something special. Some are on the sugar-sand beaches along Lake Huron, while others provide trails through the woods for hiking and biking.
